Do you print and ship books?
No. We give you a print-ready PDF you can take to any local print shop or any print-on-demand service you prefer. PhotoBookLab focuses on the online album — print is yours to handle.
Can I get a refund?
Keepsake purchases are refundable within 7 days as long as you haven't used any AI credits. Plus and Studio subscriptions can be cancelled any time; you keep access until the end of the billing period, with no refund on the current period.
What if I cancel? Do I lose my albums?
No. If your subscription ends, your existing albums stay fully editable — you can still update, share, and export them. Creating new albums requires an active subscription or a Keepsake purchase. We never delete your albums.
Who can see my album?
Your album is private by default. Only people with the link, password, or family access you choose can see it.
Can my family edit with me?
Yes. Family plans let you invite relatives to add photos and voice notes, then you approve what joins the album.
