Keepsake β One-Time Purchases
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not used any AI credits on the order.
To request a refund, email support@photobooklab.com with your order confirmation number and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank may take an additional 5β10 business days to post the credit.
Plus and Studio Subscriptions
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account β Subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to all features until then.
No partial refunds: We do not issue prorated refunds for unused days in an active billing period, except where required by applicable law.
Accidental renewal: If you were charged after you believed your subscription had been cancelled, contact us within 7 days of the charge with your account email and we will investigate and refund if appropriate.
Annual plans: If you cancel an annual plan within 7 days of the initial purchase and have not used the service materially, you may request a full refund.
AI Credit Packs
Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased. Credits are added to your account immediately upon payment and never expire. If you experience a technical issue that resulted in credits being consumed incorrectly, contact us and we will review and restore credits if confirmed.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account while the dispute is under investigation. We encourage you to contact us first β most issues can be resolved quickly without involving your bank.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@photobooklab.com with:
- The email address on your account
- Your order or subscription ID (found in your confirmation email)
- A brief description of the issue
We respond to all refund requests within 1β3 business days.
